A few simple policies help me protect your time
and every client.
Deposit. Most services require a deposit, which
goes towards your service. Your exact
deposit is shown when you book.
Changes with 2+ hours' notice. Your full deposit moves
to your next appointment.
Changes within 2 hours. Your full deposit moves to your next appointment, and a $20 late fee is charged.
Cancellations within 2 hours without rebooking, and no-shows. Your deposit
is forfeited and a $20 fee charged.
